Homemade Pizza With Broccoli Rabe (Rapini)

It was either sit at the computer or make pizza.

This recipe for Thin Crust Pizza was my very first post here almost 5 years ago. Seems like yesterday.

Fam, it's identical except I top it with something green now.

I don't eat it as much these days, but I love to make it.

Ahh. moderation. Animal protein, saturated fat, and refined grains, but in smaller amounts. Yep. I can do that too. I'd have a hard time sticking to Neal Barnard's diet. Unless, maybe, my life depended on it.

Yum yum yum! We just ate the last of my greenhouse rapini (I'm actually letting the *last* one go to seed) BUT I shall make this fabby pizza soonest!
