94-Year-Old Gym Buff

Another in my series of motivational exercise posts. I need all the motivation I can get these days!
That thing he does with the mini baseball bats? I can't wait. What can I substitute?

How about a pair of nunchucks?

Okay, maybe not. Wooden dowels would seem like an appropriate substitute. Do you have a couple light(ish) rolling pins hanging around?

Oh, rolling pins are a great idea! But they aren't equal in length. But I could do one arm at a time.

Reminds me of eskrima sticks.

What kind of exercise are you loving to do right now? I've gotten back into swimming and my body feels great!

The men are from different generations. I have to say ... there is something going on in recent generations. I don't think it's as clear cut as we're eating more.
