Cabbage Sandwich

Could you? Would you? Do you?

Michael Ruhlman does, regularly.

I tried it. Once will be sufficient. How about you? What do you eat for lunch?
I would not, could not, in a box.
I could not, would not, with a fox.
I will not eat them with a mouse.
I will not eat them in a house.
I will not eat them here or there.
I will not eat them anywhere.
I do not eat green eggs and ham.
I do not like them, Sam-I-am.

  1. No, no and no. Plus the aftermath would deplete the ozone layer.

  2. Sure, if it were sauerkraut and I could put cheese in it.

Today, lunch is peanut butter & honey with cinnamon, on whole wheat bread, and a banana.

  3. maybe purple cabbage, spanish onion, apples, cucumber and feta cheese...dressed with a vinaigrette.

a slab of plain cabbage on bread, looks like punishment for bad thoughts.

  4. Sure, if it were kimchee or sauerkraut and I could other things to it. Mmmm, kimchee.

  5. I could, I would, but I won't. Though I like Virginia's suggestions for alterations.

  6. Now I understand--Michael Ruhlman claims to achieve "virile good health" from 10 years of cabbage & PB sandwiches! Rather like bread crusts giving you a hairy chest.

  7. Cook it first... if you have a depressed thyroid (hypothyroid).
