Fam, it's identical except I top it with something green now. I don't eat it as much these days, but I love to make it.

Ahh. moderation. Animal protein, saturated fat, and refined grains, but in smaller amounts. Yep. I can do that too. I'd have a hard time sticking to Neal Barnard's diet. Unless, maybe, my life depended on it.
