I'm stumped. I know its not Chinese Cabbage (bok choy) or seaweed (kelp) although they both look like healthy foods. I personally eat chia but I know that not right.

I was going to say fish but the vitamin C throws me off.

Anything eaten off the hood of a car has more fiber!

These are good guesses and probably foods I should eat more of. But the one I was looking up here was spinach.

I agree with tardytina, there's probably a lot of fiber to be had on the hood of a car. That buggy exoskeleton stuff.
